All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card on file.

Online & Phone Bookings:

Appointments can be scheduled online through our website or by calling our office during business hours.

Confirmation & Reminders:

• You will receive an appointment confirmation email and/or text upon booking.

• A reminder message will be sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm promptly to avoid automatic cancellation.

At Luxe Beauty Plus, we are committed to providing our patients with timely and attentive care. In consideration of both our patients and providers, we kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• A $100 cancellation fee will apply if changes are made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show

• This policy is strictly enforced, and once charged, the fee is non-refundable

• Please note that any late fees incurred will not be applied as credit toward any future services

Please arrive on time for your appointment at Luxe Beauty Plus. If you are running behind, kindly call our office to inform the front desk

• Arrivals 15 minutes late or more are considered no-shows and will incur a $100 fee.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or need to reschedule, based on provider availability and service.

• Full treatment time is not guaranteed if you arrive late.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for a smooth check-in.

Please note, all services performed at Luxe Beauty Plus are non-refundable.

Luxe Beauty Plus does not accept returns or exchanges on any opened products. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
